If I could give this 0 stars I would. My daughter and her friend went in to have their nails done, and they had nothing but problems and they were extremely rude to her friend. First of all for my daughter they did not smooth out the under side of her nails so she has chunks of acrylic under her nails. She was afraid to say anything because they had already been rude to both of them. Then for her friend she chose the shape of mail she wanted and when they put them on and then cut them down, she asked if they could make them shorter as she plays sports and needed them to be shorter, the guy told her NO and continued on. She said well wait can I see the different shapes then if you can’t make this one shorter, (which they could have easily made them shorter), again the guy told her NO and kept going. So she just had to sit there because she didn’t know what to do, and so she did not get what she asked for and was treated poorly. I’m guessing because they were only 12 these adults thought they could get away with treating them bad. He continuously told her to quit moving and she said in no way were her hands or arms moving. She just turned her head to talk to my daughter a few times. I DO NOT recommend this business and will definitely never give them our business again! It’s not alright to treat people poorly just because they are kids, they are paying customers just like the rest of us.

They did absolutely amazing! I got the man, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, and he did wonderfully on my gel fill! They went for two months without care and he made them look like new, all while giving a very humorous and fun atmosphere to relax in. 10/10 absolutely recommend! ❤️ Nail cut & filing, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

SO. RUDE. My nails came out nice but I’m not sure it’s worth it if the lady in charge was YELLING at us the whole time. Bathrooms don’t work and it’s cash only? That seems kind of shady. I had to walk all the way over to Wells Fargo to get cash. And again. YELLING. So loud about everything. How we couldn’t sit next to each other, how those weren’t the gel nails, and they hurried me into my seat before I even had my colors picked out. They said no arm or leg massages because of Covid… but they aren’t wearing masks or gloves. So it makes me think Covid isn’t the real concern.

I would never recommend this establishment to anyone under any circumstances. I have never seen such un professionalism or been treated so poorly while paying for a service. We booked here for my Nana’s 70th birthday, a group of 5 including my child (5years old) witch was stated at time of booking. We were greeted with hostility as if we were a problem from the start. The “manager” was rude and made the whole experience absolutely awful! I was up charged for my daughter to have an actual pedicure (mostly soaking her feet) because she didn’t want to be bothered by it. And treated rudely for not caring about the price and still wanting her to have the full experience! Also up charged for using a card (without notice). Restrooms were out of service. And a lack of sanitation in between each service. I am a licensed cosmetologist (hair, skin, and nails) Of over 6 years and I was absolutely shocked by the whole experience. Needless to say we will never be returning here! I will say there was a young man working there as well and if it wasn’t for his efforts we would have all just walked out!

We walked in yesterday because “walk ins welcome” and were turned away because they said we had to make appointment. The next day I called and made appointment for 3pm. When we walked in they seemed totally surprised about my appointment. They asked how many people. I had already told them this when I made the appointment. Anyway , I told them it was me and my daughter. Simple manicure. They still seemed shocked. So we sit down and start looking through their nail book. Just looking. I’ve been to enough nail salons to know we pick the colors off the wall. They told us to go pick from the wall. I said “I know we are just looking”. They continue to tell us no look on the wall. Anyway 3:20 we leave because they had people already and my 3pm was starting to look like a 4pm. Doesn’t make sense that we can’t be seen as a walk I. Or an appointment. Also, it’s way to quiet in there.boring. Creeps me out. I will not be going back.
