This is by far my favorite nail place. I prefer to see Kim but because she does such a wonderful job it does take a little bit longer. Wouldn’t trade that though for the quality. I hope they open soon because I desperately need to get my nails done after quarantine!!

My friend and I went there on a Sunday at 3:40pm for a fill in. They close at 5:30pm, so we figured we had time. There was only one person getting their nails done at the time, and the lady told us to come back the next day. We were very disappointed. We went to another salon and they treated us amazing!

I’ve been going there for years and the former manager was very on top of the salon keeping it clean, staff was friendly and I never saw him turn away a costumer. Now with switch in management, staff has gotten lazy, rude and one woman even turned me away one eve because she was going to close in 35 min and didn’t have enough time to do a quick manicure (with no other customers present). Disappointed and have since gone to Dazzle down the street. Great customer service there.

Over charged my daughter she paid $83 dollars for a no chip full set sport length, no chip toe polish change and eyebrows. On top of that she was rough when doing her nails and told her she couldn’t have an extra coat of polish. I called for her to explain the charges and she said the eyebrow were 8 dollars the no chip toe polish change was 25 dollars and the short length no chip nails were 50 dollars. Never going back.

2nd time in this salon. Each time I sat in the second chair. This guy did my nails and did a good job. However, he is so ruff doing my nails. I continued to tell him to be sensitive. Then, when filing the side of my nail, he literally split my skin and I bleed. It hurt so bad. He did apologize and put something one it. He continued to be ruff after that. Pulling and stretching even the wounded area. Then, he overcharged me $38 for a gel fill in when he noticed I would not give him a tip. Won’t be back.

First time, charged me $5 more for a mani-pedi because I had buff instead of polish. Never had that happen at other salons. Mediocre mani-pedi. They won’t see me ever again. Don’t they realize there is a nail salon on every other block in this area?
