Something is wrong with her. I had an appointment with her and i called her before I left my house and she said she has Covid since 4 days I was laughing because I know that she always cancel appointments or don’t even answer a call when she is at home. She did that to me. I think I will go somewhere else.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give her a chance… and JUST as everyone said…. Awful. I text her and called before my appointment. No response. I get there and she said, “Im sick, I thought I called you.” I said ok and just walked off asI already knew what I was dealing with. She proceeded to say in a slurred voice, “I won’t charge you next time”. Lol! Ma’am, there most definitely will NOT be a next time. Don’t waste your time folks.

Kim is an excellent electrolysis and explains everything to you and calms you. I like the home setting much better than a dull office. I have been going to her for a year now and she has made good progress on my unwanted hair problems. However, I had to stop seeing her as she kept cancelling my appointments or I would show up and she wouldn’t be there and didn’t even bother to call or text me to let me know she was out. This is not very professional and was very inconvenient for me. I am afraid if she keeps doing this to her clients, she will no longer have a business.

I love this place! Atmosphere is so relaxing and you are immediately put at ease. I’d never had electrolysis before so I was nervous but she is so knowledgeable and is thorough in explaining the procedure. I hadn’t had any success with laser treatments (I have light hair) but electrolysis is a permanent solution and A1 is so affordable. Huge relief! I appreciate how flexible she is with scheduling appointments and the convenience of getting in and out quickly.

I went a while ago, she seemed sweet but she is very unprofessional. She would ask me when I was available, once I told her, she would disregard it and tell me to come in the next day. I also had to drive from Murfreesboro to Nashville just for her to not answer her phone or the door when I told her about it, she claimed that she had called me and wasn’t there, even though she never called, her front and back door were open and her car was in the driveway.

Drove 45 minutes each way for this appointment. When I arrived no one would answer the phone or door. After 20 minutes I left a message and went home.At that point she sent a text that an emergency came up.A short text earlier knowing I had the long drive would have been appreciated.She did offer to reschedule first visit at no charge but when I tried to make another appt I was ignored.Upon speaking with another electrolysis office I was told she does this often to numerous people.
