Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueUnprofessional and unkempt. Big mistake on my part of trying to give benefit of the doubt to this place. On the first appointment, Andres, who I booked through Booksy, texted me directly to ask if he could push our agreed/confirmed time-slot and I said no problem. Only 30 minutes, that’s fine. I arrive and he has someone in the chair, apologizes that he’s again late and says I could wait but asks if I mind getting my haircut from someone else, Rico. I’ve never been here, I don’t mind. Rico does a quality job. The one star awarded is technically for his service. The place is dingy and dirty. Second appointment, again made through booksy, agreed/confirmed by the barber. I arrive 5 minutes early to hopefully catch Andres, again says he’ll be late. I don’t believe this establishment knows what an appointment means. My review is not the only one complaining about this. If you absolutely need a haircut, I suppose go for it. (Please don’t) Otherwise visit another nearby that will take care of you much more professionally.Service: HaircutUnprofessional and unkempt.
