Critical: QualityThe worst haircut we’ve ever gotten. The barber was rough. Made my 6 year old cry. Others in the shop laughed at him crying. The hair cut was gapped worse than I have ever seen, everywhere! Horrible, horrible haircut. I don’t know how they have enough customers to stay open.Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismMy brother, an Army Veteran, was in town after being deployed, & he went to get a haircut while he was in his hometown. He showed up & the shop was not open, then when he returned an hour later, 2 people were getting their hair cut & my brother was told that by the barber that “he was not cutting anymore hair today.” It’s sad that the ones who risk their lives to protect our country are unable to receive quality, professional service when they come home to visit!My brother, an Army Veteran, was in town after being deployed, & he went to get a haircut while he was in his hometown. My brother, an Army Veteran, was in town after being deployed, & he went to get a haircut while he was in his hometown. He showed up & the shop was not open, then when he returned an hour later, 2 people were getting their hair cut & my brother was told that by the barber that “he was not cutting anymore hair today.” It’s sad that the ones who risk their lives to protect our country are unable to receive quality, professional service when they come home to visit!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityBarber was unprofessional. Went to get a haircut today (9/2/2020) and the Barber decided to want to take a break at 4:30pm in the afternoon while people were waiting outside. The narber locked the door and told everyone that there will be a 45 minute wait while he take a break. Obviously they need help and the customers are suffering for it. I’ve never had to wait for a haircut and for a barber to take a break. They WILL NOT be getting another single dollar from me.Barber was unprofessional.
