I went to get a haircut but I didn’t know what I wanted, which I can understand why it can be a lil frustrating for the barber but she looked a lil annoyed that I didn’t know what I wanted and I didn’t like it, cause it made me feel like a jerk for not knowing what cut I want, also I have a bad memory so I forget every time but hope you have a better experience and they should smile a lil more, to make it seem more friendly and welcoming.

Love the staff – I’ve been going to them for years. Whatever picture I show them and the description of how I want my hair, is exactly what they give me. I do make sure to tell them exactly what i want/how I want it and they’ll cut it as so – I like to be detailed to avoid any confusion. I’ll ask for advice too, especially as I stick to a style, and suddenly change it up upon the next visit.
