Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give zero stars, I would. Came in for a haircut for my child and she was rude, even yelling at me multiple times as if I’m not an adult. She was rough with my son, yanking his head around instead of simply asking him to turn his head. I saw her be rude with other customers while I was there as well. There was a sign saying “men’s haircuts $17.50” but I was charged $25 for a boy’s haircut so she either overcharged me or needs to update the sign, I’m not sure which. I did not see the sign on the outside of the door saying cash only due to sun glare so she yelled at me about it even though it was as simple as walking next door to get cash back. It took all of five minutes and should not have resulted in any conflict. Definitely not professional behavior. The haircut looked nice but I would not return and do not recommend, especially for kids.If I could give zero stars, I would.
