Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst experience here. Had a absolutely terrible experience and left me feeling very uncomfortable. First off, very unprofessional place. Second, I was massaged using no lotion or oil. Third, the massage therapist was more rubbing me the massaging me. She jumped on the table and started using her feet and entire body weight to massage my back without any warning. The sheet that was placed over me was practically see through. Mid massage, the women opened the door MULTIPLE times while I was half dressed laying on the table. Complete breach of privacy. I am appalled at what happened here today. First experience here. Had a absolutely terrible experience and left me feeling very uncomfortable. First off, very unprofessional place. Second, I was massaged using no lotion or oil. Critical: CommunicationMy husband and I went in for a couples massage. They spoke very poor English. We had a 210_ girft card. They massaged us for an hour and charged 130 but said they were keeping the rest as a tip.So. you mean to tell me I was tipping them 70 bucks etf. I tried to tell them but there English is outrageous. I don’t recommend this place.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTia (sp) is my usual therapist, but even outside of her; this is the best massage I have ever gotten. I am an avid outdoorsman and power lifter. Aside from the occasional laugh at me being ticklish, it’s an amazing session everytime. They truly ask where to concentrate and where the pain lies, they rely on the feedback to make sure you’re comfortable. Thank you again from the bottom of my every knot. Aside from the occasional laugh at me being ticklish, it’s an amazing session everytime.
