I made an appointment for 90 min by phone and arrived for my appointment. I was told I could only have one hour because she scheduled someone else. I asked if I could book the 90 min some other time today or in the future and she said No! She will not do one hour appointments even though, that is what the phone receptionist scheduled. This is sad because it was a pretty good massage when I came about a year ago. I don’t treat myself often, this day is a bummer. One hour just is not enough for full relaxation. The menu still boasts 90 and 120 min massages. Also, asked if I could schedule ahead for a 120 min massage and was turned down.

The lady that works there was very rude and short with me. I thought it may have been because of a language barrier but no. She wanted me to leave… immediately. I would choose a different spa. The therapist I had was very accommodating and was able to apply a great amount of pressure. An excellent massage. Im not sure what the turn over rate of that place as far as staff but it was a very enjoyable experience.
