I called before and asked if they could cut curly hair and they said yes. However, that didn’t seem like the case after my visit. The lady was nice but unfortunately my hair is super uneven. I just asked for my split ends to be cut off and a small trim. When I got home, my hair was uneven and still had a huge amount of split ends. It costed 45 dollars + a tip

I have been to this salon twice now, and had a great experience both times! I had an updo done the first time, and a trim with long layers the second time! I’m really happy with how my hair came out! The salon also has a homey feel that I loved!

Very sweet women working there, however my hair cut was not good. I asked for long layers and I ended up with two sections cut 2-3 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. Very unfortunate, and cost $55.

Yasmin is the only person I trust with my hair. I had an awful experience earlier this year with an influencer-loved salon in Houston and they butchered my hair and tried to invalidate my experience. (I would go so far as to say the owner was gaslighting me). It also butchered my self esteem and I was afraid to go anywhere else. I made the drive to see Yasmin since I’m no longer in the BCS area and because I didn’t some adjustments for a wedding coming up. Not only is she just an awesome person to chat with, she made me feel validated in that bad experience I last had by thoughtfully explaining how what they did translated to my hair type. She will ask lots of questions to make sure that her clients get what they want in a way that will work for their hair. I will continue to make the journey to see her as long as she’s a stylist.

Went for a haircut ending up with something that looks nothing like the picture it’s absolutely horrible. I went in feeling decent came out feeling ugly thanks a lot. It was some skinny black hair that cut it by the way. Haircut
