Sunday, late-afternoon on a holiday weekend – Lunar New Year. There were three lady technicians and five of us. They were hustlin’, from person to person to optimize time efficiently while also detailed orienting and accommodating. They were engaging asking you questions and had several returning clients come in while we were there. There was also a person who never gets their nails done and they worked with her gently. I was in awe of their work ethic. If you want to feel cared for with a neighbor hood fee – come here.

At first I wasn’t happy with how my nails were looking with the first nail tech. But they switched me over to a lady named “V” and she did a great job. I recommend her for any acrylics or nails.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMade an appointment showed up early and waited 45 minutes till I knew I going to be late for work so I had to go, loved this place so much wanted to give it another chance and made another appointment, when I called I asked them their availability when they had open and they said 10am, I show up at ten am and was told I had to wait, when I asked how long I had to wait they told me they had to call someone and left. Came back and basically told me they have someone overbook appointments and never show up and that the woman that made my appointment that could do stiletto nails wasn’t there and to find another mail salon if I couldn’t wait. Some customers apparently matter more than others. I left the nail salon I had been going to for ten plus years because the customer service declined, appointment times were not honored and I was given the distinct impression they no longer cared if I was a customer. I went to A West Nails and saw them every two or three weeks for a manicure and pedicure. Today I went in (with no appointment) for my services. While I was getting my manicure done, another lady came in, also with no appointment. For whatever reason, she was more important than I was, as I was told that they did not have time for my pedicure and they would take care of that next time. I was then rushed to the counter to pay for my manicure so that they could take care of the lady who came in after me. I am a polite and courteous customer and I tip very generously, so I’m not sure why my business is expendable. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

The lady in the picture did my nails. I noticed she became frustrated and got an attitude when my tips kept falling off my nails & I told her i wanted rounded nails since i don’t like square, she was finally able to get them to stay however she applied to much acrylic powder, she cut all of my fingers, left super glue on my skin, gel polish got on my cuticles, she kept messing with her phone, her work is very sloppy she has an i don’t care attitude, she completely rushed and it wasn’t busy. My nails feel like glue on nails. She charged me more than the pricing listed. I wont waste my money here again. I work hard and wanted to treat myself. Don’t GO HERE!!!!!
