I can’t believe they are still in business! I sent my husband to have his hair braided by the owner and he came home with terrible bumps bc the work was way too tight! The worst part was how crooked his parts were. We wasted our money here and would never return or recommend.

My appointment was at 330. We didn’t get started till 4:45. Then she told me 200on the phone but once she seen my hair she said it would b 280 because they charge by the length of your hair!!! And mind you the braids were medium big. After 3days of having them they started slipping out from not being braided tight at the root. She said i could come back but would be a wait. I only kept the braids in for a week an a half. Whatever they used to grip my hair flakes really bad an it looked like i had the braids in for months. Very disappointed and a complete waste of money.

Needed my hair done in the worst way and the lady who normally does my hair is way in Tampa and was booked, so I tried something a little different. The lady who braids my hair charges $260 but is worth every single dollar. They charged $140 which was great also they took me in as a walk-in on a weekday morning. Both made me very happy. My hair is very kinkprobabam tender scalped. The lady was a little rough with my head and the pain was excruciating to make matters worse there was a loud child and her loud mother yelling at her pretty much the whole time I was there. So I was in terrible pain and I had to listen to high pitched children’s screaming and the loud woman’s talking. The bad thing is neither the woman or the child were not getting their hair done, they were with someone who was getting her hair done. This was 5 hours of noise and pain and my cell phone battery died. I will more than likely be back my hair looked nice, not as nice as the other woman but good and it only took about 5 hours and they take walk-ins and the price was decent. I doubt that lady and child will there and I will comb out my own kinky hair at home.

Worst experience ever! I literally needed two braids. Pigtail braids! That’s it! It took over an hour and the braids came out awful. They are so sloppy and don’t even look like braids. I even showed a picture of exactly what I wanted to make sure it could be done. They assured me my braids would look just luke the picture! It looks like a 5 year old braided my hair! So unprofessional too!! The grease is literally dripping down my forhead and the back of my neck! I’m so upset! I’ll never be back there again!!

They over charge to only do two rows in the front of your hair good and have other braider in your hair who can’t baid my hair looks good in the front but in the inside I could have done better myself I will never return and would not recommend anyone get box baids from them
