My experience dealing with this business and the owner of the salon was awful/ disturbing to say the least. I came to this salon upon a high recommendation from a close friend. After meeting with the salon owner I trusted her approach to hair restoration as she cited and prided herself for working with patients who suffer hair loss as a result of cancer treatment. In anticipation of the hair system being installed I took time away from my clinical practice to undergo botox therapy to reduce hydrosis of my scalp. In all I spent over 2500 on botox therapy while I waited for my hair system to come in. I was first cited about 8 weeks for the arrival of my hair unit, however the delivery date got pushed back further and further to the point that I developed anxiety about my hair. The matter of my hair caused great concern with close friends and family who literally saw me shut down while navigating an unknown arrival date. On numerous occasions I called this salon only to be told that the owner was too busy to speak with me or the owner would never call me back. I emailed the salon many many times and only got one response to my email after I mentioned that I would be sharing my experience working with them online. In that email the salon owner directed me to buy a different system on amazon which presented a new frustration as I was not sure what system of the many hundred would work best for my situation. Because of this I felt abandoned in navigating my needs. Within this same email the salon owner also stated that she called the manufacturer and confirmed that my hair system would arrive on or before 11/30/2021. November 30th has come and gone and It has been over 3 weeks since I have heard from this business. I still don’t have my hair system. I paid this business nearly 2000 for a custom hair system that never arrived. I wanted to deal with a small local honest business, instead I was subjected to a business that does not care about its customers and does not communicate with its customers at all and when held accountable cites non refundable clauses in their contract. I’m thankful I am not a cancer patient who just wanted to pass with a full head of hair so as not to alarm friends, young children and family. If I was a cancer patient I would be dead by now while still waiting for the arrival of my hair. Beware of what contract you sign with them and also get specific commitments as to delivery dates or perhaps go elsewhere. I missed two weddings because I didnt have my hair system and now have to tell my best friend I can’t be his best man at his wedding because this business exhausted 5 months of my life that I wont get back waiting for this hair system.
