A disappointment is a nice way of describing what I went through. On the 26th, I decided to come in for a pedicure and it was close to closing so I called no one answered. I walked in at about 630pm and to start off everyone looked at me like I had 3 heads. I was asked what I wanted in an unpleasant manner and I said a pedicure. I was told to sign in with no further instructions, I sat in the waiting area for 8 mins. I kept hearing someone yelling from across the salon pick a color! I didn’t know they were talking to me until they walked over and spoke directly to me. (as one should) as I was picking the color no more than a minute later this man was rushing me to sit, I didn’t even know he was going to work with me. I take the color samples and sit down and he gets to work and is rushing not even speaking to me only taps on my foot so I can move it. Just very unprofessional. When trimming my nails he decided without asking to cut off the corners of my big toenails and rip it off…

I am very happy with my nails after going here. But I was not asked what length I wanted and it was assumed I wanted the same length that I got last time which I didn’t like Acrylic nails

Very disappointed. Paid for the deluxe manicure pedicure. The lady who gave me my treatment was over the top rough. During the leg “massage”, she actually hurt my legs from pressure. I asked her several times to lessen the pressure with no success. The hot rocks were so hot they burnt my foot as soon as they touched. I had skin redness! Insult to injury, the hot towel wrap was so hot it had to be removed. And I don’t consider myself a “whimp”. This was just nuts! The “deluxe” manicure consisted of a cold water soak and then she just cut all my own nails all the way down without even asking what I wanted. And I paid $60 for this!

My advice….ask the prices before you begin! First time visiting, while she did a great job on my nails I have to give the lowest rating because the price I paid just to have my natural nails painted mani/pedi French gel cost me $80 & a $10 tip! That’s an insane price just for painting my nails, no special pedicure just standard.

The worst job ever! The paint peeled off the next day after paying $50 for gel polish!! Went back to get it resolved and the guy was horrible! Very rude and treated me like he didn’t care and it was my fault! As I walked out very upset another lady approached me and told me she had the same problem and he yelled at her also. I will never be back and will let everyone that I know not use them ever! Will be lodging a complaint with the BBB

Rude and inpatient. When you ask them a question they come back with a rude reply then speak in Vietnamese so that you won’t understand. I went there today and was discriminated. The lady that was doing my nails was mishandling me. When I asked to speak to the sister of the owner who by the way has a very nasty disposition refused to hear my concerns. This place is disgusting!

I have been coming to see the assistant manager Twee for almost 7 years now and I have never had a bad experience. She does an excellent job. She is always very sweet and super friendly with everyone who comes in and anyone who calls the salon. She is very patient and very understanding. Today she even stayed late just to fit me in her schedule. I will definitely keep coming to see her and will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fantastic nail artist.

I just got a gel French manicure for my wedding tomorrow, and am perfectly pleased with the results! Tina took care of me very well. I was in and out within 35 minutes exactly, the nails look beautiful, she was thorough yet careful, and the hand massage on the end was much needed. Thank you, Tina! I’ll be back. (:

Twee is the best! I’ve been going to her for my nails for years now. She always goes above & beyond to accommodate my schedule & squeeze me in last minute. Yes, sometimes I do have to wait a bit even with an appointment, but rarely and guess what, it is the nature of the business. If you are really going to complain about having to wait at a nail salon, you should not be getting your nails done. Place is clean & lots of colors to choose from. I’ve never had an issue here in the years I’ve been going.

Went to A Vie Nails for a mani-pedi day with my 3-year-old daughter. It was her first time and all of the techs there made sure that she was not only comfortable, but having a good time. I wish I could remember her technician’s name, but he was phenomenal. He actually engaged in conversation with her even if he didn’t know what she was saying. He reacted to her and encouraged her to be herself. She had a wonderful time and both hers and my nails turned out so cute! Thank you guys so much. We WILL be returning.
