The girl who washed my hair was absolutely horrible. One of the main reasons I go here is for the wonderful shampoo that is given. My hair had to be rewashed simply because she did not do a good job and even left deep conditioning in my hair! I asked for another stylist to set my hair because she acted like she didn’t know what to do. I will not return unless they have a new shampooer Please bring back the young man named Jay! He was AWESOME

I went in for a Chocolate Brown hair color, came out looking like carrot top. The worst part is all the women there were telling me how great my hair looked trying to convince me that the work was good instead of just fixing the error. Also I guess they did not know that I am bilingual and they spoke of my hair and other non Spanish speaking clients in front of the entire salon. Very degrading. “This hair has too much oil” “I can’t do this hair” all in Spanish. I’m very surprised a bilingual person has not let a person know they are speaking about you and taking your money after with a smile on their face. There is a much better Dominican hair salon in Spring Lake.

I got the 50$ special with deep condition and trim. The price was great. My hair looks nice. Only the lady who shampooed my hair ripped through it hard and my hair smells burnt. I have very thin curly hair, it doesn’t take much to detangle. But because it looks nice and the price was great, I’ll try them again. Also the shop was very clean and nice.
