Great Massage, bad customer service. I went in for a massage I scheduled earlier in the week, and they didn’t even remember. They then asked me to pay before the massage (not unheard of, but not exactly the best scenario). I pull out my debit card and they then asked me to go get out cash or come back another time when I have cash. Well, because this is a much needed break for me, I go and get cash (that should have been my first clue). After I pat up front, they ask me for a tip right away. I refused and said I would tip after if it was a good massage.

I usually try to call ahead, but even if I don’t they always seem to be able to work me in. I’ve seldom had to wait but a few minutes. As with many guests, I normally tip ahead of the session, since I trust that I’ll be well taken care of. No one at Touch of Seoul has ever been demanding or overbearing about a customary tip. I view it as good customer/provider relations, as with most service-related businesses, and will always offer it when I’m there. I’ve seldom had to wait but a few minutes. My wife and I went in for a couples massage this afternoon and we both really enjoyed it. I was little hesitant due to the lack of reviews, but we were both pleasantly surprised.
