Critical: ProfessionalismI called to see about getting my hair cut and dyed. The stylist was honest and advised me she was not comfortable with doing platinum, which I fully respected and appreciated the honesty. I called back to see about doing a different color/style, but after the stylist (who’s name was either Porcia or Marsha, I couldn’t hear it the best) asked me the color of my hair, she hung up on me. I called back instantly and had to wait a minute while the person who answered the phone figured out who I was original speaking to. And I called back instantly! That was very very unprofessional. The least she could have done was say I just don’t feel comfortable working with your hair or whatever the case may have been. I called to see about getting my hair cut and dyed. The stylist was honest and advised me she was not comfortable with doing platinum, which I fully respected and appreciated the honesty. Positive: Punctuality, ValueBarb did a nice job with my hair. I am a low maintenance, no frills kind of person and wanted a haircut that didn’t require a lot of upkeep. She knew just what to do and took care of it. It was clear that she has years of experience that allow her to understand exactly what a customer wants and execute it handily.Service: Hairstyling
