A touch of heaven? More like a glimpse into hell. Made an appointment at 12pm to use a gift certificate I was given for a mini facial, manicure and pedicure. I waited 30 minutes before I was taken back for my manicure. The manicure took an hour an a half just for a basic nail trim and polish. The polish had to be at least 10 years old, and the girl put on 5-6 coats, making the polish thick and gummy. So much so, that I could push the polish back with my fingers just 10 minutes after leaving. The “nail tech” painted on my cuticles, and had to restart numerous times, thus the reason for an hour and a half manicure. Same issue with the pedicure. Old polish and poor application.

Went for a spa day. I paid for a package with massage and Mani/pedi. Massage was good. Nails ruined the experience. I wanted to upgrade my package from regular polish to gel and I got charged the full price of gel instead of the price difference between the package I was paying for vs the package for gel. This increased my bill by $22! The nail tech drilled my cuticles and went onto the skin multiple times, causing a lot of pain and irritation. Application was poor as polish is pooled and all over the skin, which she again tried to drill off. Overall I’d never go there for nails again. Other services have been good.

This place lives up to its name. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage, and the experience was phenomenal. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and the massages were top-notch. Add to that the affordable rates and convenient location – just heavenly! We will definitely return for more.

I enjoyed my time with Lisa unfortunately the services were sorely lacking. Within 24 hours my manicure was a chipped wreck. She missed a spot when waxing my eyebrows and left a ton of wax residue on my face. Furthermore, the website claims to provide eyebrow tinting as well as waxing and I requested both when making my appointment but was only told that tinting was NOT an offered service when in the chair with the wax being applied. I was willing to overlook the salon’s appearance due to being mid remodel but, with the shabby surroundings and my displeasure with both my manicure/pedicure and eyebrow service the only reason I gave any stars was due to Lisa’s charming personality.

I got a mani pedi by Leigh Ann & it was great! So relaxing & the polish was perfect. My son got a massage from Emily & he loved it. Said it was the best he’s ever had. The receptionist is always super friendly. The place is really clean & their prices are fair (cheap if you take advantage of their monthly deals!)

Fantastic experience. Received a gift certificate for a day of pampering. Massage was phenomenal, facial refreshing, and my nails look great. Staff was so friendly and professional. They are doing great with covid. A lot of cleaning and disinfecting made me feel very comfortable.
