Bed was ticking loud. Shut off asked to receive additional session told cannot do that . They said they would ask manager but no response. When my wife was done we left. Felt as long time customers there would be some consideration but none offered. We paid for the Gold which is more $$ but not offered that. Too many places to choose from to return unless contacted
