To the owner , I’m sorry . I don’t know the owner . I did work with one of the hairstylist at the shop ( Sherika ) She would set appointments , and after confirming and agreeing several times to an appointment at the last minute she would change the appointment time . An hour before the appointment she text asking to push back a time . This is very unprofessional. If you feel like an appointment is going to run over , book the appointment for another time . She was very disrespectful to a customers mom . She did not try to accommodate after we accommodated her several times . Again this didn’t happen one time it happened several times that the hair stylist asked for an appointment to be pushed back . UNPROFESSIONAL . Do not book several appointments on the same day even if you think you may run over . Good luck if you book Sherika
