Betty provides outstanding customer service and does her very best to make sure each customer is attended to and well cared for at all times. It can be hard running a one-woman show, but Betty handles it with such ease and professionalism, it’s hard not to feel immediately taken care of in the salon. I came in for a natural hairstyle and immediately struck up conversation with Betty and the other clients; the space has a feel-right-at-home ambiance. An hour or so into my appointment, I fell very, very ill. I’ll spare the details but in short, Betty swooped in to rescue, helping me to recover all while staying on top of her very full schedule of clients. If you’re in the area and looking for quality hair care, Betty is the one.

Mrs Betty is one of the best stylist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming to her for a year and a half. One thing I really love about her is when I have an appointment it’s my appointment, no waiting for 3 or 4 people. She is very talented and keeps my hair healthy and beautiful. I always get compliments. Her studio is also very clean and with a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
