Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE FOR COLOR OR CUT. EYEBROWS ONLY. I specifically went in for a consultation and asked for a balayage but on the lighter side (my hair is naturally black and I was looking for extremely light brown/caramel/blonde in my hair). I showed Samina a picture of what I wanted (a picture of me from 2 years ago that she did) and she agreed that it was possible. I dont know what she did this time around, but it was clearly not what I asked for. My hair turned out orange (when I left the salon no one mentioned that I should get it toned) and there was extreme bleeding all around my head. She didn’t even bother to completely dry my hair before I left the salon (and when I asked for it to be dried two people dried it with 2 hairdryers and no styling). Also, while I was getting it done, there were TWO people working on it (something that clearly should not have happened). I immediately went to another salon to get this monstrosity fixed. I came back to show her the pictures and rather than apologizing for messing up my hair she nonchalantly mentioned that they were running out of time while I was getting my hair done, I should have asked for a toner (I’m not the professional…. that is a service that should have been told to me!) and that it was probably not the best idea that 2 different people were working on my hair… even my haircut came out choppy and I had to cut off more than I anticipated.
