As someone who spends 60 to 80 percent of his job on a computer, there’s bound to be issues when maintaining the same position for extended periods of time. I explained my aches, pains, and stiffness throughout my back and neck. She determined/performed her course of action to alleviate my issues while constantly determining my comfort throughout the process. In the end, I felt 100% better with less pain and increased flexible.
