Cynthia is professional in every way. Her office is clean and welcoming. She always greets me with a smile and is on time at every appointment. I have been using A to Z for almost a year and highly recommend her. Go online to make your appointment and enjoy the simple, no hassle payment option with a credit card. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been seeing Cynthia for a year and a half. There was an issue once or twice with her being late, but was rectified immediately. The issue came in last month (December 2021) when I was reviewing bank transactions and noticed an attempted transaction from her on my card even though I hadn’t used her service since August (2021). Thankfully I had taken all of my cash off that card with it being the holidays and I worry about identity theft during the holidays. The transaction was declined. I contacted her immediately and tried to get clarification. At first, she stated “it was something going on with the system and it ran my card” Then she also mentioned there was a charge from January 2021 that didn’t go through. I informed her this is not how business should be handled. I was also locked out of my account so I couldn’t even check to see if past transactions were listed. I simply asked for some type of billing statement or proof; never got it. I imagine this would be hard to do since I would also pay her with cash instead of my card, but she could have done something. This is why I should have known long before almost a year that a payment didn’t go through. Especially when I see her approximately once a month (I only stopped in August because I started working with a dermatologist to treat). Clearly, this was a holiday money grab for her and she manually ran my card, which is fraudulent. Don’t try to hold clients to business standards that you’re not willing to uphold as a business owner. She threatened to send it to the credit bureau like that was supposed to scare me… Anyway, she is good at what she does. I have been seeing Cynthia for a year and a half. There was an issue once or twice with her being late, but was rectified immediately. The issue came in last month (December 2021) when I was reviewing bank transactions and noticed an attempted transaction from her on my card even though I hadn’t used her service since August (2021). I suffer from PCOS and have had electrolysis on and off for many years. Cynthia is by far the most knowledgeable in her field. She was very professional, the office was extremely clean and very private. I haven’t seen any hair return nor do I have any scarring like I did with the others. I have been to a few other electrolysis in Vestavia and Birmingham area. I suffer from PCOS and have had electrolysis on and off for many years. Cynthia is by far the most knowledgeable in her field. She was very professional, the office was extremely clean and very private. I haven’t seen any hair return nor do I have any scarring like I did with the others. Cynthia is the ONLY electrolysis I will see going forward.

Positive: QualityCynthia’s approach is very “clinical” and is not much different from that of a physician or nurse. This is a good thing since the south remains mired in blind religiosity and social stigma. She is perhaps a little pricey, but quality doesn’t come cheaply.
