I have been going to this office for about 2 years, and everything has been fine during that time. I had an appointment scheduled for today that’s been rescheduled twice (once by me and once by the office). I have had cancerous spots and this appointment was to freeze another pre-cancer, among other things.

My appt was at 1:30 and I was immediately put in a room. I then sat in that room until 2:10 when Dr finally came in. Jonathan was very apologetic, but ultimately, the visit was a complete waste of time and I only had 5 minutes before I had to rush out. I was there for a full body check after Melanoma removal and while I am very disappointed in this particular visit, all staff has always been very kind.

I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes, before Jonathan came in. I was not happy sitting as I had other appts to get to. Jonathan was thorough this appt with making sure I understood diagnosis and treatment. However, it was not clear to me when he walked out of the room and closed the door, if he was finished with the appt or if I was to wait for further instructions. I waited and realized perhaps he was done. I am not pleased. I feel like Jonathan wants to get in the room diagnose and then get out. Talks very fast and in non-layman’s terms. I will see him for a third time in 3 weeks. Hopefully he is on time and slows down to enjoy his patients.

A to Z Dermatology is a great practice. After I received my referral they called within a few days to set an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was checked in quickly and efficiently. I hardly had time to finish the new patient forms when I was called into the exam room. Dr Forrest was kind, friendly but most of all efficient. She explained everything she was doing and her findings as she examined my skin. She answered all of my questions and provided all information and recommendations I needed to proceed with my treatment. Excellent!!
