Drove 30 miles from lafayette to “a time for me” to pickup my U-Haul truck I had reserved. And since the hair salon also manages the Uhaul rentals, I feel compelled to share with you the COMPLETE lack of interest in assisting my men and I at picking up our rental. The woman has zero personality. Zero manners. And by the way she didn’t give two craps about assisting us until it was convenient for her to do so, she must make zero money renting these trucks out! She needs to stay in her lane and cut hair and let someone else operate the feed store/truck rental side of the building. She coached me at least $300 that day. Total waste of time and money dealing with her.
