I recently moved here, had same barber x 16yrs in ILL. I keep my hair short/crisp on purpose, Michelle did a wonderful job, eyebrows too. My cuz went along as well, he was pleased as he refuses to let just “anyone” do him up. Michelle is my new go to. As long as she’s there, I’LL BE BACK.Thanks Michelle!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWalked in to ask a question with my grandpa & the old lady working there had the worst attitude. She immediately started yelling at us and cussing out my grandpa. She was going on about how she was tired and that we had to leave. During OPEN hours! Last time I checked, you don’t kick people out of a barber shop because you’re tired. Work is work. She got up in my grandpas face when we were calm, and slammed the door on us and locked it. When we were leaving, someone walked in and she had absolutely no problem with letting him in. Extremely unprofessional. Walked in to ask a question with my grandpa & the old lady working there had the worst attitude. She immediately started yelling at us and cussing out my grandpa.
