I called when they opened and made an appointment for 2:15. When I got there, I waited 15 minutes before they told me that the only person who could do my nails wouldn’t be done with her client until 3:30, and could I come back, which I wasn’t able to. That’s why I made an appointment. I’d heard a lot of great things about this salon and wanted to give them a try, but I just find this very rude and inconsiderate and won’t be returning.

I literally love all the gals at this salon. They’re all very sweet and extremely gentle and they actually take their time with your nails which is a must for me. My daughters have been using A.T. Nails for a bit and really like them. I don’t get my nails done all that often, but decided to spoil myself with some birthday money. Critical: ProfessionalismI went once with my daughter and she liked the way they did nails I’m not picky. So I need my nails filled today and it’s the closest place to my house seeing as how I walk. I called to see how much a fill was and if I need an appointment. First a man answered all groggy sounding and said hello not even the name of establishment so I had to ask if I had the right number, then I ask if i need an appointment and he says yes. They are busy and have appointments after 12. I ask for the first one after 12 as I have an another appointment at 2 and he says 130. Now he knows better than me and I KNOW a nail appointment is an hour at least. I said I needed one earlier and he was just silent and then when he spoke he was monotone but rude so I hung up. The older lady, perhaps she’s one of owners sits on the front left side did my nails for the first time and did a terrible job. After just a few days of having my nails; every time I ran my fingers through my hair they would get caught and pull my hair. I called and got her to look at them. The only thing she did was file them because they were too thick and high; along with some gel that was done so poorly that it poked out from where the nail grows.
