DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here for a manicure today and I had acrylic on my nails that needed to be removed first. The technician tried to talk me into getting a gel manicure. I told her I just wanted my nails to breathe and I wanted regular polish! She was irritated by my answer and insisted. I said no thank you, she then began to pull the acrylic off my nails with pliers without soaking them first angrily! I snatched my hand telling her it hurts and she laughed nervously and still tried to do it! I said no I don’t want you touching me and she told me I had to pay her for 10$for the one hand she started and cause bleeding on my nails. I refused! All they care about is money! Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience not painful. Please do not go here. I never felt such pain during acrylic removal in my life! How I was treated was absolutely uncalled for. I’m never going back. I was in tears over the pain.

My experience here was absolutely horrible . The woman who did my nail was very impatient , rude and would not sit still . She just kept getting up doing everything but my feet . She also kept checking her phone . She got very rude with me when I asked if she can cut my nail a little shorter . I told her that other salons never have a problem doing it . She said that’s them . Not me . I got quiet . The color I chose was a royal blue . The color came out looking black . I told her that wasn’t the blue I wanted it looks black . She said with a very ugly tone of voice “blaaaaack?? So what you wanna do ? I said there’s nothing I can do right ? She just kept painting . I was so angry by her customer service. When we were done she was supposed to do my nails. I changed my mind because I did not want her to be the one to do my nails . I had to pick up my newborn anyway . I told her I’m in a rush and need to leave . She had to fix my toenail . Earlier I asked if she can take the hair that was sticking out my toe off (SHE DID NOT TELL ME THERE WAS A CHARGE) when it was time to pay I did . Then randomly she said there is a 3 dollar charge for the hair I took of your toe . I asked her why didn’t she tell me that before she did it . She said I don’t know I just didn’t . She kept saying smart remarks. She said that I look like I got money so I should know to pay for the service because I pay when I go to a restaurant. I got quiet because my next move was to hurt her feelings. This silly woman didn’t even know that I spoke her language lol!!! She started making fun of me to her coworkers . I started smiling sat down to dry my feet and now I am now reporting them to the BBB. I also am telling my family whom are regulars here to never come here again . That is a total of 6 regulars that come here biweekly . The woman is very short extremely skinny with hair pulled back in a bun . I handled this like a lady . Something she wasn’t . And she’s lucky .

I paid for a dip . The woman I had was very unprofessionable. She was telling me about how she didn’t get along with her co workers and her divorce. She wanted to change me 50 bc my real nails are long I told her the place I usually go to charges 38 she then said ok 45. Really! She didn’t do any of the sides of my nails. This is my 3rd time going there and believe me I will never return.

Sat there for 30 minutes waiting without one of the 5 techs in there even greeting me to find out what I wanted. This is now my second bad experience and there won’t be a third. Really ashame that they aren’t like there other shop in Audubon I went too for almost 20 years. I’d rather drive there then to step foot in this place ever again.

Very overpriced and they are not taking appropriate cleaning measures. The lady that did my nails was nice and she did a good job at taking the gel off and saving my real nails, but she didn’t listen and cut too much and also didn’t listen when I told her only clean up my brows. She gave me a full wax and messed up my brows. She was very aggressive and rushing through my mani pedi. I will not be returning.

So my BM went to this location to get her nails done and I was rather impressed. The nail tech by the name Leah was awesome in my opinion. She was a real person as well as a real professional. She was diligent, and easy to talk to, and she successfully replicated the design that was presented to her and afterward she cleaned up her station as though nothing ever happened.

When you can actually get in and get your nails done, they do great work. I went there two days in a row to get a gel manicure. Yesterday, monday morning, they said that there was a long wait and I had to come back. No problem. Today, Tuesday afternoon, I went there after calling to see if there was a wait to which they said no wait. I waited for a half hour when there was nobody else in front of me and nobody even looked in my direction when I walked in the door. Literally I was there for a full 30 minutes and I wasn’t even acknowledged. No thank you. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
