Critical: QualityIf you are looking for a tight men’s haircut, I highly suggest looking elsewhere…Made an appointment and got paired with one of the senior looking ladies. She asked me what I wanted and I told her a skin fade on the sides and a slight trim on top. She was not sure what a skin fade was so I kindly told her I didn’t think we would be a good match and got up.Another woman decided she could help me out. She was very kind but was not able to provide me with what I was looking for (a nice fade starting very short).Decided it was not worth it, paid, and walked out to the car. Looked at my hair in the rearview as the sun was shining on me and there were stragglers everywhere on the sides (what she did do on the sides was not acceptable as she left uneven hair everywhere).Went back and and a younger woman was able to assist. She knew right away by the look on my face. She sat me down and went over everything again, took care of the stragglers, and tightened everything up. Blended the top a little more so it did not go from long to short so abruptly.Can’t say anything negative about the people who work there as they were all very kind but if you are looking for a top notch men’s haircut, especially well done with the clippers – I highly suggest you look elsewhere.I think it could be advantageous for them to make an effort to pair the correct stylists with clients. If a male calls and is looking for a tight fade, it would be helpful to pair them with someone who has the credentials to do so.I live out in Kansas City and probably take for granted access to a little more stylish and hip* services.
