Critical: ProfessionalismI tried this place in October for a Halloween gel set. They set me soaking in acetone for about 30 minutes until someone doing pedicures came over to drill off the polish. Btw, with those 30 minutes of annoying free time, I observed that there were expired nail tech licenses. The lady who did my polish was so… terrible. She wouldn’t listen to me and made me put my hand under the lamp an excessive amount of times. On each hand I wanted 2 fingers with black polish. She would paint one and have me put my hand under the lamp instead of painting both at the same time. Skin cancer much? She was very sloppy. The shop had a lack of colors so I had to change my vision multiple times. The tech next to her was amazing though. I wish my experience was with her. Unfortunately for her client, the nail tech next to mine stopped what she was doing to finish my nails. She did amazing. She listened and fixed everything her coworker couldn’t do. I wasn’t asking for a lot. I wish I knew her name to give credit for good and fast work. Be cautious who you get. I should have left when they left me in the acetone. I tried this place in October for a Halloween gel set. They set me soaking in acetone for about 30 minutes until someone doing pedicures came over to drill off the polish. I went in on a Saturday kinda closing time. I did ask it if was okay. The male tech said sure come in. I felt like it was being Rushed because he was going out to dinner. He shaped them I mentioned I didn’t like it and seem to got annoyed so I let it be . And let him fix it but at the end they did not look the way I wanted them to . And I never have had him . When I go in to get my nails done. All day Sunday I was not happy at work with my nails. So Monday my only day off I go back to say hey I love how they do nails love going there . But maybe they can fix what I don’t love. I did mention I would pay if they wanna charge me but less.and he seem to got upset just because I didn’t like it. Sorry but if I don’t like something . I don’t like it and I’m not happy I was not rude at all but he was upset. And said idk what’s wrong or whAt you want he said. I can refund you the money I said that’s fine I can take the money and go get ‘em done somewhere else then. I felt embarrassed. Just because I said I don’t like them and he couldn’t accept it. Some lady was nice enough to fix it and she took her time like she always does. I did say it felt rushed and I’m sorry but they seem to upset. But I’m sorry for being honest. She did amazing ❤️ She asked if I was happy now. Felt rude when she asked but whatever she knows she fix it and made it better. She knew she fix it and made it way better. I would go back but just be ok with excepting that some times y’all can mess up and us not happy about it. No hard feelings. Just be ok with it. He did a really good job on my fill & She on my pedi! I really appreciated the effort because I had jammed both forefingers & the nails lifted & were quite painful. Also both my big toes are black & blue from a hike I took without trimming my toe nails. Dumb, I know – but live & learn, right? Believe me, I will NEVER make that mistake again!!
