My daughter is a hairstylist in Tucson AZ and she has been doing my hair for 10+ years so I am very picky and spoiled. I found myself in Bay City for an emergency with my brother who ended up passing away. I was officiating the funeral and desperately needed my hair done. Adreanne was recommended by another salon that could not get me in for at least a month. I explained to her my situation and she graciously fit me in within days. I’m so glad the other salon was booked!!! She listened and gave me exactly the cut I asked for! And the color looks GREAT! This place is clean, comfortable and professional. They even have fun FREE add on’s to pamper yourself! I highly recommend this place – what a great non drama vibe!!!

Madalyn did an incredible job with my hair, she did exactly what I asked and made sure that I was happy with the result. Erin also did my hair and was great. Best salon in Bay City!!! I’m from the thumb, and when I moved to Bay City I decided to try out several different salons to find the best one for me. I tried so many and just didn’t LOVE any of them until I found A Spencer Gellise Salon. The hairstylists are so friendly and talented. The salon is clean and gives off a warm vibe. I recently moved to the area and decided to give Spencer Gellise a try after seeing all the great reviews. Let me tell you this salon did not disappoint! I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly, the salon was beautiful and clean, and my hair turned out amazing!! Erin was extremely thorough and made sure every step of the way that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Not to mention the amazing head massage when getting your hair washed! Overall I could not have been happier with the results.

Typically a great place to go, ive gone here for at least a year. Always knowledgeable about what damage my hair is taking and how to avoid this. Somehow this last time not so much. Left the salon with my hair uneven by an inch and had to go back to get it fixed but found I couldn’t hate this haircut more. I brought up my hatred for it but my “fix” appointment was between clients so I was given about 10 minutes. This cut is boring and makes no sense. Its longer in the back and bob like in the front? I couldn’t feel worse about my hair… going elsewhere to fix it.

Decent hairstylists but beware as the prices will go up everytime you come back. Mine kept going up and not once was I informed, they just sprung it on me at checkout which was embarrassing… Got to a point where I couldn’t afford it anymore so had to switch. Very unfortunate!
