Thea is phenomenal! I have been to many massage therapists over the years and Thea is hands-down the best. I have visited Sedona several times and was lucky enough to find her during my recent trip. It was a life changing experience for me because she helped me connect the dots with my posture and address some of the issues I was having. She is extremely knowledgeable and uses a variety of modalities and techniques to get to the root of the problem. She continues to learn and keep up with cutting edge techniques which allows her to address the body in a holistic way to quickly and effectively provide exactly what you need. Most importantly, Thea is a beautiful, intuitive and caring soul—she goes the extra mile to help. I left feeling like a million bucks and came back a few days later.

I had scheduled a spa day with my sister while visiting AZ. This experience exceeded all of my expectations. It is a bit off the beaten path but well worth it. I had a amazing reflexology massage with Jody and another treatment with Kate. They were both extremely talented thorough and concerned that I would have a very positive experience. I did and then some. Be sure to make an appointment today. My only regret is there isn’t one back home in MA.

What a wonderful spa this is – very welcoming, comfortable and such a relaxing atmosphere. Thea was a pleasure to work with to schedule my appointment and was friendly, patient and professional. Kate was my massage therapist and is exceptional. I just loved every minute of my treatment and she helped me no end with my issues and felt so much better. Kate was caring, took time to discuss my issues and made sure that the pressure was good, and then spent the time after to go through the treatment. I can highly recommend A Spa for You.

I can’t say enough about how extraordinary my experience was at this spa!! I had a Jin shin jujutsu session with Kate. This technique was like nothing I had ever experienced. Kate’s attention to my needs far exceeded my expectations. I had never even heard of this technique but after my session at A Spa For You I will definitely schedule another one. I was met with such warmth and care and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Next time I am in Sedona this will be on my things to do list for sure!

My husband and I had a couples massage here and it was the best experience! I’ve had several massages from around the country and this one was the best! They took time to throughly explain the process, what to expect, our tension areas, and what we were comfortable with (not just a paper you fill out)! It was my husbands first massage and he was amazed. Would highly highly recommend!!

One of the best massages I have ever had! My boyfriend booked this with Thea as a surprise for me and he was very happy with how great her customer service was. Thea asked me a lot of questions before my 90 minute massage and facial to make sure she knew about any areas I needed worked on and the pressure I would like. Her pressure was perfect and she asked several times if it was too hard or soft. So professional! Ask for the hot stone treatment, very relaxing. If I am ever in Sedona again I will be booking another massage and facial with Thea!
