Just walked out of my same-day appointment with Ruth and I am a different person from walking in. I pinched something in my neck, told her walking in and she addressed it first thing. That way it was done and I could enjoy the rest of my massage. If you were waiting and wondering, book it now. I will definitely be adding this to my “must haves”.

Not as well run as use to be or should be. Too many things going on in cramped place. Flight of ideas thrown into box … poor execution of business. Nothing worse than laughter, loud voices, hearing everything when trying to relax. Not an ideal space. Massage Great everything else meh. Fees charges etc for changing/cancel should be addressed and not just brushed off as …’the computer did it’. An honest owner would be just that …

Always showed up for my appts, on time. Tipped “best” according to the tipping chart they have posted in every room. Had a few wonderful massages. All was well….. Until the owner took it upon herself to text me questioning me about the charges to my account and the discount given…. She was trying to basically accuse the masseuse of putting in a discount there wasn’t supposed to be and pocketing money….. Purchased a Couples massage for my Husband and I. Upon entrance I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed. Facility was clean and they offer different types of products for purchase. Arrived a bit early, though was seen within 10 min. Of my arrival. Great massage and atmosphere with a few laughs in between. Hot oil and the bamboo she used really helped get the kinks out. Was invited back for an Awesome deal and will definitely return. Thanks Again!!!

I received a Vagaro gift card from my sister for $100. I had planned a fundraiser for her husband who needed a heart transplant on Saturday October 19th. I was pretty beaten down and needed that massage. I looked at all of the spots available to me and chose A Serenity Now based on its location, services and prices. I originally booked the combination package but then had second thoughts and tried to call to change that but the phone number didn’t have a voicemail setup and it asked me to text them instead. I texted and made my changes and they confirmed. That was fine. But the prices on the website indicated that a 110 minute massage was $75 and some change and a steam sauna was $26 something so I knew I would be right around the $100 mark, which was the value of my gift certificate. When I attempted the steam sauna I turned out to be a wuss and only lasted 7 minutes LOL. But the 110 minute massage by Erica was fantastic! She’s incredibly talented and such a sweet girl and it was a wonderful experience. The spa was a little dark but the ambiance was nice, however, it was hard to see to change clothes and whatnot. My only negative to the spa was that they did not honor the prices that they advertised when I booked my appointment. When I came on Monday which was four days after I booked my appointment they wanted to up-charge me $54. They did give me a discount of $24 but I still paid $30 more than I had intended which I was not happy about. All in all, it’s a nice spa in a weird location but still okay, but the staff is wonderful. Again my only negative was the fact that they didn’t honor the prices that they advertised when I booked.

My husband and I received a couple’s massage from Olec and Deanna. They were both attentive to our requests for focusing on specific areas, applying more/less pressure and making sure we were both comfortable. It was one of the best messages for each of us, and we’re already looking forward to making a future appointment.
