Sorry but it’s taken me several appointments to come this review. When I book 2-3 services, it’s a day of pampering for me. I expect my booking to be exclusive. Several times my appointments have been pushed in by other clients. Therefore my hair is over processed or not complete because the stylist is trying to work on 2-3 people at once. I also don’t care for the gossiping by other stylists during my appointment. Don’t come and sit by the stylist and talk about clients in front of me. That’s unprofessional. There needs to be more space between chairs to discourage the rude boomer clients from insulting those who actually live and have style for themselves.

Got my haircut and highlighted. Had to go back and have the haircut fixed. Still not very good. The color is not the way it should look. Is supposed to be platinum blonde. It is darker yhan when I want in. Was very disappointed with the stylalist. Will not be returning to this place.

I received a haircut today and the stylist didn’t consult with me on what she was going to do with my hair, instead she saw a picture on my phone and said she did that on another girl and it turned out cute, I just won’t shave yours(meaning my hair) Tried reaching out to the salon to see if they can do anything and they won’t do anything to rectify this horrible disaster. Had my hair and makeup done for my wedding their I looked like a freaking joke. No effort put into my makeup I could have done a better job which doesnt say much and my hair looked like an amateur curled it. The whole time the chick doing my hair and makeup kept getting on her phone splitting her focus between me and talking to her cousin. Very disappointed. Never going here again.
