I stayed at Ventura for a year and had the pleasure of working with Faith Ontiveros for my waxing needs. The wax she uses is gentle and didn’t elicit any reaction from my skin at all (which it did with other places)! She’s kind, professional, and accommodating to my busy schedule. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Her place is calm, clean, and serene. If you’ve been to a lot of different waxing places and need a regular person—this is it. Highly recommend!

In addition, She misrepresented herself when I made my next appointment. First she had lots of availability, then none….very strange.It took her a week to respond to me with her new unavailability with various excuses. Very rude.In retrospect, we are not a good fit. Just had my hair done today by Jade and she is so sweet and wonderful , she corrected my orange hair I had previous I recommend going to her although I am sure all the other ladies are great too ! The receptionist was friendly too , they have complimentary coffee and cookies at the front along with free WiFi while you wait . The ambience of the salon made it feel cozy and nicely open . I would come back again . Thanks !

I have had my hair cut, colored, styled, SAVED by Trisha for 20 years! She and her crew are the best in Ventura. I’ve moved out of the area but still travel the 130 miles just to get the perfect experience. They go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating.
