AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR!!!! My wife spent 3 extremely long days at this establishment to only come out looking like a unicorn with ultra vibrant color and chemical burn sores on her head. The color was not even close to the picture she showed lisa as to what she wanted. On top of chemical burns and terrible color she fried her hair by being over processed. Ruined clothes with being careless with the chemicals she used. Some of the dyes she used weren’t meant only for hair most contained fabric dyes. It has cost $435 to get her hair back close to healthy at another more reputable salon. Please avoid this place at all cost if you love your hair. The first picture attached is of the inspiration, the second 2 pictures are of finished product, and the last one is one of many of the chemical burn spots.

Went in with intentions of starting to get blonde highlights knowing I wouldn’t get to that in one sitting because I have had darker hair most of my life and know that I will be more of a caramel color at first and slowly will have to work my way to blondish color. Walked out platinum blonde with my hair falling out the next day and could stretch as far as an elastic. Not to mention I already had caramel highlights in my hair that she wanted to touch up a little but not “too much” because they don’t need it. Went with a friend who had said that after she brushed my hair (I was facing my friend not the mirror) she hid the brush under a towel which contained a decent chunk of hair that had fallen out which was not mentioned to me. I recently went to try and turn my hair back to a dark brown color to try and cover up the blonde after being told darker helps strengthen light don’t know how true that is but was willing to try anything. I got a darker plum brown which I have used previously from Sally’s not a box dye from Walmart Walgreens or considered “drug store” went to put it on and turned my whole head a bright vibrant purple. I definitely do not recommend now I will be spending who knows how much trying to fix this mess.
