I scheduled my updo for my wedding a few months before my wedding. I specifically asked for someone who was talented at them since I was the bride and I also am not from there so I was booking based off reviews and I didn’t know any of the stylists. I also asked for the person I was scheduled with to call me back so we would cover our basis since I didn’t live there. I called back a few weeks later since I never heard back and again she never called me back. 3 weeks I reached out again never heard back again. I made an error in not attempting to book else where I accept that part. 2 weeks I called I stayed on the phone till she got on the phone with me and told me she never got the messages. We talked she was kind we texted after that she told me she wanted a run through before the wedding which I had already requested for the Thursday before the wedding but I didn’t push it when she said the Friday before I had hoped it would work for me so I agreed. Last minute wedding stuff happened and I couldn’t make it but I did make it to my appointment. It took 1.5 hours and I left crying my hair fell out of place right after I walked out she never even took a curling iron to my hair. I even tried helping her figure out how to fix it! My daughter had her hair done there it was down and curled whoever did hers did great! My daughter looked at me and said did they know your getting married today! It was horrible I left there and went to another salon to get it fixed I ended up paying over $200 for my hair! I don’t mind but the second one she did what she could with what was already there. I can’t believe they let me leave like that I never leave reviews but this time I had too!

I always hit this salon when I am visiting my friend in Colorado. It is such a beautiful space and Anastacia is the most talented colorist and stylist I have ever met. Combine that with the fact that this is an Aveda Salon offering earth-friendly products and you have a home run! I’ve heard that they do an amazing job with hair extensions, too, so next time I make the trip, I plan to try those out as well!

Where do I start? I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at RIZE. You have to wear a mask, they take your temp, give you a squirt of hand sanitizer, then a squirt of soap and send you to the restroom to wash your hands. Kenzie was awesome. She consulted with me and based on my answers choose colors for my hair that I love. The colors and cut was exactly what I was looking for. I love Aveda products and every salon I have been in that holds the Aveda name have top notch hair stylists that genuinely care about their work. Thank you for such a great experience. I already have my next appointment booked!

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Went in for partial highlights and came out with the front of my head completely covered in color and most of the back with nothing. From the front I look like I have an overall color except for some natural color sticking out from the bottom, and from the back partial highlights. It looks like something my teenager might have tried to do instead of a professional. I was also charged for partial highlights AND overall color, neither of which I got. Will not recommend this place or return.
