I’m very happy I found this gem, the staff members all care about your health and end goal. Even the ladies at the front desk make an effort! My first week I lost 4.4 pounds, I started to feel a bit down on myself the end of the second week, but luckily they were able to motivate me and compliment me on my journey that it gave me that push I needed.
