My daughter went in for highlights. The manager was understanding but nothing could do because they were independent stylist. She offered to fix her hair. So did the stylist who made the mess on her head! She wouldn’t even consider going back there. She had to have corrective color. They refused to refund money it’s their policy. Pictures of what she wanted and what she got!

I traveled from Tennessee to Harrisburg for my son’s wedding. They helped me so much setting up different appointments and also changing them when needed.
