A Q Nails ($5 Off Pedicures)

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been here already 3 times. Each time with a different tech. The first time I came, the tech did them so quick and they looked nice. Second time it was a man that began the work, but the tech from my first visit finished the job. This last time I went, the service was so bad and unfortunately I didn’t even realize what a horrible job the lady did until I stepped outside into good lighting. I get acrylic with no chip on. My nails look so uneven with the color, you can see the acrylic looks bumpy or maybe it’s even the no chip gel. Regardless they look bad. Then I noticed some messed up areas and bubbles with the color. Then on top of it all, they did NOT tell me there would be an increase in what they charge for the service until after I was getting ready to pay, and when I asked the lady nicely if their prices had gone up she pointed at a paper on the glass protector screen thing and told me “put your card in” in a very rude manner not even letting me read the paper first! I’m not going back. I used to go to Deluxe nails and would always be so happy with my nails. I don’t even get anything crazy just basic no chip so how they messed it up like this I have no clue. I wanted to go back and demand a refund but the attitude I got from the lady I just didn’t want to start an argument there. Just beware.
