If I could do half stars, I’d say I’d give them 3.5 it’s not that service was bad or atypical I suppose. Prices seem to be “market value”.

Customer service is lacking. As is respect and common courtesy. The staff and assigned nail technician were rude and unpleasant. Although, we each had an appointment, the boy assigned to my daughter kept screaming about his 11 am appointment. Kevin Rushed with her nails and when she expressed concern about the shape, became upset (throwing things about and huffing like a child). Kevin then proceeded to tell her he would not be able to complete her service because of his 11 am appointment even though she had a 10 am appointment with him ( this was at 10:10!). We were on time, actually early for our service. It seems not all customers are equally valued. The service provided to my daughter was disappointing and had we been white (as his 11 am appointment was) or perhaps Asian our experience may have been different. The front desk staff was equally rude and unapologetic for the awful and incomplete nail service.

Critical: QualityI went initially to get a pedi with gel polish which I was told 52$, in the middle of my walk in I asked to get a gel full set, which they told me was 50 $ ultimately to spend 107$. 4 of my “gel” nails broke within 1 hour of leaving the shop. I went back the next day for them to get fixed. Yep they fixed them by adding acrylic over my gel nails, told me it was my fault that they broke because my natural nails were too short, and went through 2 techs to get a job I paid for completed. They rushed BOTH times, even though I was told that they wouldn’t. And the pictures are attached for the “done over/re-do” job. They joked cause I came in the very next day after the initial appointment. “you not coming back tomorrow”Nah. I’m not. I won’t be back ever.Over priced priced, kinda professional, and yep! Nope…But you got my money… won’t happen anymore.Anyone know of black owned businesses?Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicuresI went initially to get a pedi with gel polish which I was told 52$, in the middle of my walk in I asked to get a gel full set, which they told me was 50 $ ultimately to spend 107$. 4 of my “gel” nails broke within 1 hour of leaving the …More

The pedicure here was horrible. The nail tech. did not take the time to ensure good service, or good work. When she clipped my toenails, they were all a different shape and she did not file or clean them up. She left them as she cut them. The polish was as if a 2 year old polished them. Horrible experience! I paid but will never go there again! I would post pics but they are too horrible to post! I had to go to LCN Nail Spa to get them right! Shout out to LCN for their impeccable service! A & Q I hope that 1 technician does not indicate the others in your business. The shop is set up nice though

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI paid $64 to get skin cut off during a manicure. She continuously kept touching the area even after telling her it hurt. Tools were not cleaned and the paper towel used to stop the bleeding was used throughout the manicure. Prices were raised without notification so ask before your services.I noticed that some technicians took disinfecing areas and tools more seriously than others. Do yourself a favor and go to the other side of the shopping center and get your nails done at WYNN NAIL BAR. Unfortunately, they were closed today and I could not go.I paid $64 to get skin cut off during a manicure. She continuously kept touching the area even after telling her it hurt. I love Mary! My mom and I go get pedis once a month. We miss Kim but Sue is fabulous too. Mary tolerates my OCD about my toes. I adore her. Great place for nails! We like to get the deluxe pedicures.

Recently very disappointed as I have been here 2-3 times prior after moving to the area. Went to the Salon to prepare for a upcoming wedding.Services totaled $90 without tip that was given to Angie. I noticed less than a week prior to the services that the clear topcoat was peeling. I was in the shopping center and decided to stop in to have a few of the nails done ( clear top coat only) prior to the wedding a few days away. I was welcomed by the nice young lady at the front desk as I stated my request. She began trying to find someone to provide the service as I was told Angie was on vacation. I informed her that I would need to use the restroom while she was finding someone. As I was heading to the back I heard chatter about a charge. When I returned they mentioned a $5 charge. I informed them that I am a very reasonable person and felt as though that was not acceptable due to the cost that I had already paid. Not sure of the lady who was speaking. However she mentioned that it really did not matter how much I had previously spent… and her disposition was one of frustration. She was speaking loudly in her language and Then proceeded to ask me to wait a few until she could finish with her current client. I responded No Thank you and informed her that her lack of appreciation would be the reason I would Not require her services and that I would Not return to that Salon again. I am a teacher in the area and was referred there by others. I will let them know as well. Money is tight for everyone right now and expenses are going up. I think people need to understand that we have MANY options on which places to Spend it and Just Need what we have paid for.. and Customer Service is very important..Just Saying!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI didn’t really get what I wanted. I showed my nail tech a picture of the shape I wanted and he said “no you want a coffin shape” “it’s sexy for your age. What you want is for old people” Then I said okay but can I do a short coffin and he said no. Then I said I wanted white for the color and he was like “why do you want white” . Seemed to be a bit mean and I ended up not getting what I came in for at all and the color is super messyI didn’t really get what I wanted. My friend, her daughter and myself all visited this nail salon a few weeks ago on a Saturday. We were charged an astronomical amount of money for acrylic tips and gel polish. First, I was seated with one technician and within 10minutes of being at her station she told me that she had to have someone else finish my nails because she had to leave to pick her child up. Second, I asked for short coffin shape and she insisted that I needed to have them long and ignored my request. Third, the nails were lumpy, and were not the shape I requested. It was like I was passed on to someone who was in training.

I left out of there after spending $70. with nails that needed the rough edges needing to be filed. I was less than pleased.
