The staff was nice. My toenail polish looked terrible before I even got home and my daughter’s nails were snapping off within hours. I’m all for supporting local businesses though. Maybe they’re better at hair removal? Didn’t risk it.

now, I hate leaving negative reviews for places, especially since every business has at least one bad moment. this is a long review so I can explain, because every bad review deserves a good reason & there are no other reviews. the first time I went to princess nails, I got a full set, eyebrow & lip wax, and my bestfriend got an eyebrow & lip wax as well. the eyebrow & lip wax went great, they just didn’t trim the hairs in the front of the eyebrow, which isn’t a huge deal, it’s only 8 dollars for a lip/eyebrow wax combo. my nails came out beautiful. I got decent length coffin nails with a lavender polish. they were a little thin but they looked really natural & nice, polish was smooth and gorgeous. the day after, I hit a nail on a chair & the tip cracked off. after that another cracked off. I wasn’t angry, I just thought I wasn’t careful enough or it was a bad moment like I mentioned before. I took them off (ridiculously easy) and got them done somewhere else that lasted a very long time. yesterday, for the second time, I went back to princess nails for a full set. they came out even more beautiful than the first time, a little longer than last time but same shape (I love coffin nails). I also got just a lip wax. I noticed when I got home that they had missed quite a few spots during the wax. also 2 of my nails fell off from doing normal everyday activities (opening the fridge & playing video games). today, another nail fell off and there’s a crack in my thumbnail. I can’t get my money back or get in contact with anyone there because they’re not open today on a Sunday. now I have to wait until they open tomorrow & take time out of my day because I spent $30 on an unsuccessful wax and nails that didn’t last me 24 hours. it still hasn’t been 24 hours since I went to the salon.

The ladies always treat me well and they love that I bring my boyfriend to get a pedicure with me. Most of the women give great attention to really clean your feet and cuticles. It’s always a pleasure to come and get my nails done here. The prices are super fair.

I am just going to say I’m a very mad client I went to this place and wanted to get my nails done which is in my regular routine most of the time. Usually I’d go to foxy nails bc they have very good prices unlike this place !! I walked in showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted after she told me it was gonna be 85 dollars for a nice coffin full set with a ombré design and glitter on one nail I didn’t think they would charge more for a glitter nail. It was completely empty (I can tell why). If I was to go to my regular nail place I could’ve gotten a better look for cheaper ! After I told her I didn’t have enough money for that she told me a shorter length would shorten the price but not even by a lot she came home with the price of 55 dollars until she told me if I didn’t wanna pay that much I could just get one color nails (which were NOTHING like I wanted) there prices on the board are nothing like she was telling me. The lady that was doing my nails was very nice but not trained well. She left hair inside my nail polish on the nails and asked me to pay before she painted( I know some places do this but her work didn’t even deserve a tip.) she left cotton in my nail polish and they were smudged. And she didn’t even asked me what I wanted for my length she went straight ahead and cut my nails without asking. I would not recommend this place . Very bad work if I can give them 0 starts I would .

I went to this salon to get pink dip powder on my nails with a square shape and they turned out horrible. The color is see through, and the shape on one of my hands is rounded rather than square like they were supposed to be. The overall cleanliness of the place is not kept up, the lamp alone looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

I never leave reviews but after my experiences I just had to. I used to go to this Salon but stopped because they got a little sloppy. After new ownership I decided to go back and try it out. I am very picky and like perfection when it comes to my nails so most of the time I go to Salons I end up having to “direct” them on how I want my nails done. You know the usual “not too thick on the acrylic” or ” this one is croocked and shaped differently from the others.” For the first time ever, these people SHUT me up. Not once did I have to redirect or suggest. The lady shaped my nails uniformly and all straight (very rare). And she paid close attention to small details. Of course I showed her pictures of the nail design that I wanted from pinterest, and though she had never tried that particular style, the execution was on point.

I usually don’t write but I spend 30 dollars on a fill and color in this place which I think I’m being overcharged for a simple fill just for one to break in a couple days, I just got my fill and a nail broke in my sleep!! NOT IMPRESSED!! Just to go back and be charged more money for them to fix it!! Time to find another nail salon that won’t charge so much and not make you wait hours just to get them filled!!
