Everyone was friendly and staff checked on us several times! I’ve been to several nail salons but this one is the best so far. Very accommodating and professional. Ni (pronounced like knee) was WONDERFUL. I asked her to do something Halloween and she asked for some example pictures and then got right to it. I’ll be back and asking for her. I hurt my finger at work the day before (think tinfoil type papercut) and it was so sore. We had a great experience at A+ nails. Have never tried dip before and it was super enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and staff checked on us several times! I’ve been to several nail salons but this one is the best so far. Very accommodating and professional. Ni (pronounced like knee) was WONDERFUL. I was told after I requested a traditional manicure and pedicure with regular polish, the nail technician was going to use dip instead at “same price” which she repeated Several times was a complete lie. Also the critical on one of my toes wax cut open, I’ve never had that happen before! With ZERO clue what I was potentially exposed too!! I feel ripped off and taken advantage of! And upon questioning the total on my credit card they informed me that I SHOULD HAVE ASKED ABOUT PRICES!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!

The people were nice and they did a good job, but be very careful about getting what you ask for and being charged for the right service. I scheduled an appointment for two basic manicures (for myself and another person). I walk in and again confirm, two basic manicures with natural nails. We were given several palettes of color options to choose from, but I didn’t see any nail polish anywhere on the walls. We both got our manicures done. They ended up using dip powder instead of polish. Since I didn’t see any polish, and I wasn’t asked which I wanted, I thought maybe they only used dip. We ended up being charged $50 more than we should have been. I realized, that night after the salon was closed, that the “basic manicure” on their website is listed as $15. I was charged $85 for both manicures instead of $30. The “organic dip powder” manicure is $40. I didn’t want to leave a bad review and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I went in to the salon the next day and asked about it. The lady basically told me sorry, too bad, and that I should have known to ask for something different. She showed me that they have normal polish, at the very back on the salon, not easily visible at all. Her one fair point was that I should have said something right when I checked out. But I was chatting with the employee and my mother in law and didn’t think I would be almost triple charged, so I wasn’t really thinking about what I was being charged vs what it should have been. I should be able to trust this business to do what I asked them to do, and charge me accordingly. If you go, you’ll probably get a good manicure, but based on principle, I will not be going back.
