A Plus Nails

Critical: Quality, ValueI hate to leave a bad review but I went here one time for an acrylic nail set for myself and my daughter. I’ve never in my life had a nail pop-off. Both myself and my daughter had a nail pop-off within a week. The nails were filed unevenly and both did not look nearly good enough to charge us $60 each, for very plain, colored nails. We spent $120 (+tip) for nails that didn’t stay on a week and were uneven. My tech came out from the back when she had to do my nails and looked aggravated that she had to work. She barely spoke when I talked to her and continually came around the counter grabbing my hands as they were under the UV light, aggravatedly moving them. I’ve used a UV box dozens of times, (I know how to hold my hands under them). But she continually would come around, grabbing my hand and moving it hostilly saying “like this!” (Mind you, I own a gel UV light at home.) I went ahead and paid, even though we both had un-even nails that popped-off quickly. I hate to leave a bad review but I went here one time for an acrylic nail set for myself and my daughter. I’ve never in my life had a nail pop-off. Both myself and my daughter had a nail pop-off within a week. The nails were filed unevenly and both did not look nearly good enough to charge us $60 each, for very plain, colored nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady did a great job on my pedicure. But then she literally only painted my nails and charged me 40 for it. And it looks horrible! Didn’t cut my nails to make them even or even buff them or cut the cuticles. I got a French tip and it’s super thick and very uneven and honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady did a great job on my pedicure. But then she literally only painted my nails and charged me 40 for it. And it looks horrible! Didn’t cut my nails to make them even or even buff them or cut the cuticles. I got a French tip and it’s super thick and very uneven and honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The nail polish isn’t even covering my whole nail either. I wouldn’t ever go back.

The nails themselves were inconsistent and looked poorly done. I contacted the establishment and voiced my complaint in which she told me to come back in and she would fix my nails. Not only did she not comply with my color selection (which I told her I liked from the first time she had done them) which I stated I didn’t want hot pink, but she once again cut my fingers with the Dremal and got gel polish in the wounds which caused severe burning in which I voiced to her and she told me it was not her fault and I just had dry skin ignoring the cuts she had just created. When I voiced I was still not happy and did not want to come back as she had injured me twice now she refused to refund my money and stated she didn’t know how to work her own system to refund me and then stated that it was her policy to not give refunds even though this was not made apparent and not listed or shown anywhere. They also did not have prices listed and she did all the highest priced products without informing me first causing my bill to be over $30 more than quoted. DO NOT GO HERE. She made me cry in front of other customers and completely ignored me the whole time I was trying to talk to her as well as stating to come back after I healed…I shouldn’t have to heal in the first place. After receiving acrylic nails the technician Kathy had cut me with the dermal on almost all my nails and caused me severe pain to my fingers. The nails themselves were inconsistent and looked poorly done. I contacted the establishment and voiced my complaint in which she told me to come back in and she would fix my nails. I then got sis and it took her 3 hours. It was do chucky and missing in spots. All nails different shapes. My real nails were drilled so bD they hurt
