This is hands down the best nail salon. Chuck has become my new favorite, but I love Jenny and Jay just as much. Very poorly managed. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior, day of I find out they double booked and the other customer had a pricier service scheduled and took her instead. This was not the first time it happened. Loved Jenny but it’s time I find another nail salon. They lost a loyal customer. Also, watch the sterilization process… or lack of.

First I’ll say that I love Cindy at A plus Nails. She’s amazing and despite my disappointment with the salon I will continue to go to her and refer people. That said, they are extremely ignorant of peoples time. Several times both myself and those I’ve referred have had to wait for 30 min or more beyond their appointments. Also, they had me soaking my feet in cold water for over 35 min with no idea when someone would do my pedicure. I am a business owner and certainly understand that they’re busy but I would’ve preferred that they value my time and let me know that they couldn’t take me right away. Not let me sit in cold water thinking that someone was going to start me right away. This was not the first time so I felt it necessary to write a review so others wouldn’t feel aggravated if they choose to go here

A plus always does an excellent job and FAST! Friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, reasonably priced. I love that unlike most nail salons you are not there for several hours. I’m usually in & out within an hour. They are quick yet do an excellent job!

My daughter and I love how getting our nails done here. We are greeted with a warm welcome. The salon is clean and comfortable. Plus they take their time removing callouses from your summer feet. Thank you for offering wonderful service.

I’ve been going to A+ nails for years. Everyone there is very nice. The salon is extremely clean, right now they are taking everybody’s temperatures when they come in, every nail station has plexiglass in front of it, and the chairs are covered with plastic that they change in between every client. I always get compliments on my nails. Every time Chuck does them, they look completely natural and they hold up for at least 3 to 4 weeks.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI came to this place with an appointment and I was not acknowledged for the 20 minutes that I sat in the waiting area. The staff completely ignored my presence while helping other customers be seated and pick out nail colors. The woman that I scheduled my appointment with started doing another persons nails at the time that I had my appointment scheduled. Black women (and men) BEWARE. The staff was very openly assisting the white women (who came in after me) while completely disregarding me, and this was not the first occasion.
