I have given this salon multiple chances because they are cheaper and every time i have been majorly disappointed. My first few experiences my nails have cracked, chipped, lifted, and had air pockets spread through almost every single one. My final straw was this visit where i asked for a full set almond french tip. While removing my nails in one of the worst ways she possibly could she ripped multiple layers of my thumb nail off making it bleed and throb. Do not recommend.

After reading the reviews, I tried out this nail salon. I got a regular manicure. From the time I sat in the chair until the time I was at the drier, it was 15 minutes, no joke. The person doing my nails put a tiny bit of lotion on my arms, rubbed it around quickly and then put the polish on, did not even bother to get any polish off my skin or trim skin. When I went over to the drier area, I had to bring my purse over, they never offered to bring it for me. Since I’ve only been this one time, I not sure if it was the person, the day, time, etc.

Kind of upset that I said thank you to the owner after my nails were done and did not get a response back. I just got a dirty look. Maybe it was because I did not have cash for the tip. I’ve never ran into this issue with any other nail salon. I tipped well on my card and was very happy with my nails but that was kind of a bummer at the end. Also said I’d bring cash the next time. Guess that was not enough either.

Nails came out okay. The nail tech cut two of my cuticles pretty bad, never apologized and she was very rough! The atmosphere was nice and the workers seem friendly but my nail tech not so much. Wouldn’t go back.
