Would NOT recommend especially for people of color. I received 1st degree burns which left scars on my bikini line after treatment here. After going to a different spa for a consultation I now see the error in the treatment I received here. She also lasered the same areas 2-3 times during the consultation. However, she did keep communicating with me after the fact and told me what to put on the scars. Very unhappy. The goal was to remove hair…now I have to remove scars too! 🙁

Wouldn’t stop pushing laser service despite the fact that I said over and over. The next couple days after electrolysis, my skin got lots of tiny scabs and now I have scars. This isn’t the first time I had electro, and I never had a reaction like this before. She must have put the wrong setting for the location I had the service.
