Horrible experience! I purchased a Groupon and scheduled appointment. When calling the woman who answered was extremely rude saying they haven’t been called a perfect ten or twenty for 6 years and they won’t have appointments for three weeks! She continued to tell me how Groupon has its own scheduling that they don’t go by and did nothing to try to accommodate my appointment or purchase. I won’t ever use them or recommend due to how unprofessional this woman was over the phone.

Updated Review: I was able to visit the brick and mortar for this pedicure. Appointments are managed for best safety regarding COVID protocols. Masks were worn and everything was meticulously sanitized. Beth helped me pick out a great combination of colors that look great on my darker skin tone! She takes her time and gives the kind of pampered experience you head to a spa for. There is a dedicated parking spot, and the entrance is accessible. Restrooms are gender neutral and accessible as well.

I loved my dipped nail. She was really nice I felt very comfortable here. I am going back this morning and I really like her early hours it’s great. The salon is very clean and sterile. I did purchase a groupon and I’m glad I did. I will call this my new nail salon. Highly recommend this place. Love it

Critical: ValueI bought the advertised Groupon for a dip or gel nails – Don’t Do it!!! She’s booked solid and can’t get you in for weeks. A complete waste of money! Next time I’ll just go to Rose Nails, better customer service for sure! Yes, you’ll have to pay full price but you get what you pay for, for sure!

Must have caught Beth on a bad day. That will be my first and last time going to her. I felt uncomfortable during my whole appointment because of her short, rude comments and critical demeanor. I’ve never wanted to leave a salon quicker. The salon was clean and beautiful & my nails look great, but it seemed like Beth didn’t want me or my 2 friends to even be there. I don’t know if this display of low competence in customer service was the exception or the rule, but I do know that it wasn’t worth my time or energy.

My husband purchased a birthday gift for me of a Groupon offer to be redeemed for $100 worth of spa services. At the time (I don’t know if its still this way) but they would come to you. I had my appointment set and even though they called the day of the massage to confirm the location, the gal, which if i remember right was the owner, never showed up nor did she call. I tried to call with no answer, no explanation. I called again the following day and sent an email and finally received a call back with an explanation that an emergency came up. I tried to be understanding because those things unfortunately happen (although it still would have been appreciated to receive a call from SOMEBODY explaining that we would need to reschedule.) I told the gal I needed to look at my calendar and would call back with a day to reschedule. However, after NUMEROUS phone calls and emails placed to reschedule, I never received a reply of any kind. I never got my massage or any other services rendered and can’t believe any business owner would conduct their business this way!

I called the business phone number and texted; received no response until 2 days later. I received no explanation as to why no one was there to provide the service. I called groupon and got a full refund. I definitely do not recommend this business.
