Used an e-file to remove polish very quickly, nicking skin multiple times. Making thin nails more thin to the point of redness and pain. Over all very fast and sloppy work. Nail cut & filing, Manicure, Polish removal, Nail polish changes

Went here once before. The girls did a good job on my shellac manicure. I went back tonight and a man did my shellac manicure. He left polish puddles on the tips of my nails. He also didn’t paint up to my cuticle, and used to much polish on some so the look so thick. I’m embarrassed that my nails look this way, and that I paid for such a poorly done job. It’s a shame that they let a sub par employee work there. The pics don’t really do an adequate job of showing how poorly done they are.

She did an average job for $50 package. She could have done better. And these places often seem to give preferential treatment to whites. But so far the techs behave nicely Pedicure, Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery happy with this place! Ive been trying to find a good nail salon as a go-to and I think I finally found one! Lindsay did such a good job and I loovee the shape of my nails. It’s exactly what I wanted! I usually hate to break down and spend money to treat myself but it was definitely worth it this time. I felt welcome and the place was very clean. They took a lot of great precautions regarding the pandemic as well! I don’t know what all these whining and complaining women are talking about with the peeling shellac. I get shellac every time I go to AP, but have been getting shellac for years, at different salons, and mine will last for three weeks if I can’t get my nails done after 2 weeks. I have been getting shellac at this place for quite some time, and have never had a problem with it peeling. It will, indeed, last for 3 weeks. And it’s not like I sit around and do nothing. I am a softball player, and so is my daughter. I am a coach on her team, and I also catch for her when she practices her pitching. That is a lot of wear on nails. In addition to that, I am the only one who does ANY housework in my family. I wash my tile floors with a bucket and rags (most of the first floor and every bathroom is ceramic tile) , I do laundry, I wash walls and baseboards, I scrub tubs and toilets, and I also scrub my kitchen sink and pots and pans with cleanser. When I do THAT, the topcoat gets scratched and dull from the cleanser, BUT THE SHELLAC NEVER PEELS. As I write this, it is almost 3 weeks since I had my nails done at AP nails, and the shellac is NOT peeling. The color changes after a few days, but it has never peeled. I do agree that Tracey is very bad at fill-ins. I had to point out ridges and waves in the nails, and she has some difficulty shaping them and making them all look the same. I also agree that Lyndsey is very good at fill-ins and shaping my nails. She is also the only one who can do pink and white powder, which is what I prefer to get. I was told that if I want the pink and white, I would have to get a whole new set, so I will write another review when I do that. The place can really be much cleaner, as the sink and faucet are very dirty, and actually have mold on them. The faucet is terrible. The sink and faucet need to be cleaned with bleach. The techs’ tables can be cleaner, and they really need to be replaced. The floor is filthy, and there are makeshift plastic garbage bins that are attached to the pedicure chairs, and those look terrible. The tubs in the pedicure chairs need to be scrubbed also. There is a lot of residue from the foot products, and it is just plain laziness and grossness that they are not scrubbed out then sprayed with bleach. I do my own pedicures, so won’t get one there. But, as for the acrylics on my nails, and the shellac, I have not had any problems. I just won’t go to Tracey any more.

I got a pedicure here from Lee and a full set from Lyndsey. My pedicure was by far the best I have ever had. For someone who suffers from planters fasciitis my feet never felt better. Lyndsey did my full set and she did an amazing job. You can’t even tell that I have fake nails on, she made them look so natural. These girls are great at what they do and are very sweet. I will definitely be going back.

The people were friendly for the most part. Pricing was normal. I bought a pedicure and acrylic nails. During the pedicure the guy was very gentle. I didn’t get cut up like I have at other places. I will say though the nails are the reason I won’t be back. It took forever to get them off and my nails are damaged now. I’ve always had strong, healthy nails. This is the first time I’ve ever had damage after nail removal. They were only on for 3 weeks max.

They are not very clean. Their tools were only rinsed off and not sanitized. My nails started chipping two days after my manicure, even though I hadn’t done anything that would cause chipping. My feet started excessively peeling the day after my pedicure. While there tiny flies were flying all over the salon and kept flying in my face. Their nail color selection is limited and I later found out that the polish they’re using can be bought at Five Below three for $5. That is not salon quality polish.

Dirty nail file it looked old and very used. Maybe that’s why my nails were shaped at an angle and wavy. Tacky gel polish when finished. I don’t think the lights worked on the very old UV light. No conditioning done to cuticles during my manicure. Never will I return.
